Large plumbing company replaces its overflow call center with AI

My Plumber Plus customers were waiting 4–5 minutes on hold at night, on weekends and at peak times. In 2024 they moved overflow and after-hours calls to Avoca's AI, which answers instantly and books jobs. They replaced a third-party overflow team without adding headcount.
